Elizabeth Hunnicutt CD Release Concert
This past Friday I was able to shoot the Elizabeth Hunnicutt “On The Way” CD release concert at our church (Church of the Open Door). It was a wonderful concert with Stefan Van Voorst and Kara Doten performing as openers. I had not ever heard of Kara Doten but I really liked her music. Just a great night of music.
I was really happy with the shots I came out of there with. Metering was a little tough but all in all most shots were keepers. I always run the danger of blown highlights in a circumstance such as a concert but all in all I was quite pleased with the outcome of the work.
Tonight I will be heading to the Chris Tomlin concert at the Xcel. I am only going to be allowed a limited time to shoot so it will be a bit more hectic than this show was. I’ll post some shots from that show later in the week.
