I have to start by saying this was one of my most favorite shoots of all time. I had a great time doing Kim and Beau’s engagement session and was looking forward to their special day. We started shooting at about 10:00am that day at Kim’s sister’s place as the girls got their hair done. After that Deb and I moved on to the church to catch up with the guys. Note: The guys might be slow to get going but they get dressed in a flash. The girls were dressed pretty darned quick too. I will have to hand it to them on that. Then we did the formals and then came the ceremony. Beau had designed and constructed the chuppa that they were married under. The ceremony was beautiful and touching with music and prayers from friends and family. Beau’s very good friend, Bob, presided over the ceremony. Then on to the reception at Edinburgh USA. The setting was gorgeous, the food excellent. Then the party kicked int o gear with the DJ, Ben of Midwest Entertainment, keeping things rolling along. Later that night we said goodbye to Kim and Beau as they left on their honeymoon to Costa Rica. They received a sparkling send off with everyone holding sparklers as they walked past to their car.
All in all one beautiful day with some beautiful people. Congrats Kim and Beau!

Great work! The sparklers at the end were awesome shots. I like the shot of the flowergirl and her mom too!
You have an impeccable eye to capture those fleeting moments! So very impressed!
